Here we gutted and remodelled Villa Majestic99.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, over 220m2 of useful spaces and 120m2 of terrace. A large private pool and beautiful garden.
The renowned Golf is nearby and recently welcomed the "Solheim Cup". Majestic is 5 min from Estepona, 20 min from Puerto Banus, 25 min from Marbella and 50min from Malaga airport.

Beautiful Spaces
As you enter the high hall, you are immediately drawn to the spacious living space. We very deliberately built the terraces and pool on the same level. No stairs to go swimming, children can be watched from the mega-sized terrace. Left and right of the house are extra terraces so you can choose where you want to stay, depending on the sun. On the ground floor there is a large cosy sitting area and fully equipped kitchen. All appliances are Siemens and Bosch.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a private terrace with fine views, ensuite bathroom and a spacious dressing room in the room. Upstairs is another gorgeous room with ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two more spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a laundry and spacious garage and plenty of parking outside private. There is another multi-purpose room that you can decorate at will.
Accomodation
The villa has a "Cosmopolitan look" décor. The furniture and accessories are selectively chosen from the "Dôme Deco" brand. The terraces feature beautiful outdoor furniture and accessories such as sun loungers and parasols. Here, "A Cielo Abierto" signed for the exterior in assortment with the interior.
